[Case Study] Quality Check System

To save as an image, you can check the product status retrospectively! Here is an example of the implementation of a quality check system.

In the manufacturing industry, we would like to introduce an example of a solution implemented when introducing a "Quality Check System" to simplify inspections. Products undergoing quality checks are photographed, and the images are stored on a NAS. The images from the NAS are displayed on a large monitor. The clarity of the display improves the accuracy of quality checks. Operators visually confirm the images and determine the results using a button. 【Implementation Points】 ■ By displaying products taken with a camera on a large screen, every detail can be checked. ■ Since images are saved, it is possible to review the condition of products retrospectively. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
